Suggest reservations if going during busy times.Everything was very tasty!Seafood Cioppino, Fish and Chips, burgers, nachos, etc...Family friendly.Definitely recommend.

The food here is delicious! I had the seafood cioppino and my husband had the halibut, and both were incredible. Very good portions. We didn’t get a chance to have dessert, but we definitely will next time. They were out of a few items, which is understandable considering it’s a small island, but just make sure not to get your heart set on anything before you go. Our server was busy but very nice. Overall, a delightful place to have dinner while visiting Mayne Island.

The food was not bad. I had the chicken sambal salad which was fairly tasty. The nachos were also decent too. My only major negative point is I'm fairly certain our server forgot about our table until i approached another server who seemed more active in our area and asked if we could place an order. It's not a deal breaker and I'd potentially go back, it just doesn't set a good first impression.

Casual atmosphere, great food, way better than expected. One of the best steaks I've ever had and the Thai coconut prawn bowl was outstanding.

Causal setting ,good food and friendly service. Good eats for groups or families, Bennett Bay Bistro has a menu to meet all needs from pan seared scallops to the chicken fingers and fries for the kids. Sit back enjoy the view.

Been there three times and have thoroughly enjoyed each visit. Can’t beat the location, the view is stunning, the Thai coconut mussels, burgers and beef dip were excellent. Very friendly service. They were very kid friendly and we sat on picnic tables at the end of the patio where our toddler could run around on the grass and play. We could even bring our dog to sit at the picnic table.

Everything was great about the place. The service was great and the waitress was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The maple salmon and carbonara was delicious. Would definitely go back again

Can be busy and slow if not enough staff on hand. If you have time the view is magnificent.

Beautiful spot with lovely servers and an awesome menu. Veggie/vegan friendly options the tofu appetizer dish was delicious. I would also highly recommend their Caesars by far the best one I've had. Can't wait to go back!

AWESOME food, great people, lovely energy! Had one of the best chicken burgers I have had in years. Can't wait to try everything on the menu. We will be back!!

We came by this place by chance, and were very impressed by the quality of the food, REAL food, beautifully prepared, in big helpings, NOT tired, mass-produced heated up, processed stuff like so many other so-called bistros - this was the real deal! And very reasonably priced! With excellent service from genuinely appreciate enthusiastic and friendly staff. For lunch I had their pound of Salt Spring mussels - deeelicious - and there must've been a kilo in the serving I had! So loved the place, we returned for dinner - the halibut was to die for, and so was the wild mushroom penne. This is a place to return to. A BTW, the sea views are gorgeous too. Bennet Bay at sunset...great food...great service...what more could a visitor ask for?
